Protags do Brubeck Night

Oh man. This is gonna be a good one. The Jazz Protagonists at Jazz, Tx, with special guest saxophonist Rich Oppenheim.

It's always a fun challenge to channel Dave. We've done this several times now, never to an un-packed house. People just love it. And we do pretty well. One guy held up his phone and "shazammed" a song he couldn't remember the title of — something you can't do with a live performance, because Shazam only recognizes the exact ones and zeros of the studio recording.  Shazam gave him the Brubeck studio recording. 

But this time, whew.  Folks, we're gonna play a bunch of Brubeck tunes, and then...
