biasees

In the last decade or so, people in the sciences have changed their pronunciation of certain plurals. "Biases" and "processes" have become "biasees" and "processees." 

They don't say "addressees" or —– to the point —– "sciencees." 

No doubt some group of scientists with status started saying it that way, and the rest is linguistic history.
